  225 = "Archers were either hunters or trained members of the Avernite army, highly skilled with missile weapons. A good archer can put an arrow through a lizard's eye from the far end of a dark cave.";
  226 = "Some people dare to rebel against anyone in power, even in Avernum. They have to be good at everything if they want to survive, though they don't have the freedom to excel at one thing. A rebel tends to have some skill with weapons, traps, and lore.";
  227 = "Hedge wizards live in the remote caves of Avernum, where they help the locals with their magical skills. This sort of character is good at magery and has a little bit of training in Priest spells and First Aid.";
  228 = "Shamans are the priests of the wild caverns. A shaman isn't quite as good at spells as a priest, but makes up for it with weaponry and knowledge of healing. Shamans are hardy folk of nature.";
